Located on the corner of New Town Road and Providence Road north of Waxhaw, Java’s Brewing is a family owned coffee shop and bakery.
I have spent many hours in Java’s, enjoying from their menu of sandwiches and baked goods as well as specialty coffees or just a cup of regular brewed coffee.
If you come to Java and have time, talk to Zev and Joyce about business, about living in North Carolina, or about one of the many decorated cakes they often have on display.
My kids love coming to Java’s before Halloween to see the themed cakes on display.
I love coming and writing for a while while sipping on the spicy Mocha Diablo, a house specialty drink that often surprises people.
Because it’s spicy.
